An independent football technology project built in Brussels
SquadForm started with a single question: how can a club give every player a clear individual development process without creating hours of additional work for its coaches?
Who is behind it
SquadForm is built by Lorenz (founder) in Brussels, Belgium. The platform is developed iteratively around real coaching workflows — with an eye on practical adoption at the club, not on becoming another all-in-one club system.
What SquadForm does
Coaches record observations about players. SquadForm turns them into development focuses and prepares training interventions from a curated exercise library. The coach approves, and only then does the player see their plan.
Privacy and protection of minors
The users are minors. That is why the safeguards in SquadForm are not settings but architecture:
- EU hosting: the database and sign-in run in Frankfurt.
- Mandatory parental consent before a player uses the app.
- Coach notes are technically invisible to players.
- No weight or body data — progress is shown through performance benchmarks only.
- Training plans only become visible once the coach has approved them.
Languages
SquadForm is available in German, English and Dutch.
